The piccolo on the tailcoat

This silk carnation goes well with a tuxedo (black tie) or tailcoat (white tie). The medium-sized model was specially designed for British band leader Alex Mendham. When performing in illustrious places, it is worn on tailcoats, which have been specially provided with a buttonhole. Here in the portrait you see Alex Mendham with the medium-sized carnation - but the smaller, more subtle model shown here has also found its fans. Which size do you prefer? We are extremely happy to be able to furnish the entire orchestra, not just a style icon in a vintage tailcoat.

Herr von Welt are masters of their craft. When it comes to handmade lapel flowers they are without parallel. The very best. Collaborating with them is a dream come true. They really care about attention to detail and have real passion about their tradition. ”- Alex Mendham
