Men's scarf for gentleman, dandy and beau
The classic herringbone pattern of this men's scarf should in no way hide the fact that the RALPH | BERLIN admires the British style icon Beau Brummell. This late 18th century dandy was always elegantly dressed and tied scarves and ties in an eccentric way. Even more: he invented the modern men's suit, the starched shirt collar and the tie as we know them today. The lining with its strong colors and the excellent jacquard quality gives the wearer a subtle touch of dandy. The same applies here: the artificial light in the studio and the Berlin sun in the Charlottenburg Palace Park make the beautiful colors (especially the lining) work in different ways.
Handcraft: the small series from Berlin
The scarves from RALPH | BERLIN are individually hand-sewn in small series. There are five copies of each scarf. In the unlikely event that two wearers of the same scarf will meet, we recommend a nod of the head and a joint gin and tonic.
