Silk clover with foliage
Elaborately crafted buttonhole with three clover flowers and green foliage (hand-dyed). As far as the symbolism is concerned, you can read a lot there. We'll leave it at that with a quote from the Brothers Grimm: "'Yes, said the old man to his sons, I have to praise you over the skies (in German: 'over the green clover'), you have used your time and learned something righteous."
The buttonhole - three flowers
In every blossom (and here there are three together with realistically designed foliage) there is an almost forgotten craftsmanship (cannot be compared with products from Far Eastern countries). Plastic is not used; each flower is built up properly and not simply pinned together or glued on. Recipes up to a hundred years old serve as the basis for fabric dyeing.
