Boutonnière - the filigree buttonhole rose
Also known as hellebore, the Christmas rose was mentioned in ancient times. On the one hand, it was considered a poison and, over the centuries, applied carefully, it was used as medicine against all possible and impossible diseases. In homeopathy, its active ingredient is used for anxious depression or thought disorders. There is an elegant dark flower on the lapel - the perfect boutonnière.

In every flower there is an almost forgotten craftsmanship (not in the least comparable to products from Far Eastern countries). Plastic is not used; every flower is built up properly and not simply plugged together or glued on. Recipes up to a hundred years old still serve as the basis for fabric coloring.

Handcraft from Saxony
