Boutonnière exotic

Boutonnières abroad

The regions of origin of our exotic flowers already give a subtle indication of where they are traditionally worn: in tropical, subtropical, equatorial and other sunny areas - where the white "mess jacket" or the white tuxedo are at home in classic men's fashion. Pay attention to this beautiful detail in films of the 1930s and 1940s. Today we don't see it that closely anymore. As a veritable alternative to carnation, rose & Co. in the man's buttonhole, these exotic boutonnières can be worn anywhere and anytime. They look best on festive occasions on a tuxedo (if there is no shawl collar) or tailcoat, if the latter has a buttonhole. Our tip: have your tailor add a buttonhole to the tailcoat.
